This site sets as few cookies as it can. Essential ones keep it working and your consent choice remembered. Nothing that measures or tracks you loads until you say yes, and you can change your mind whenever you like.

Review or change your cookie choices

These are required for the site to function and are exempt from consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. They cannot be turned off.

• sy_consent — stores the choices you make in the cookie banner so you are not asked on every visit. First party, expires after 12 months.
• Security and anti-abuse tokens — short-lived values used to verify that an enquiry form submission is genuine and to prevent repeated automated submissions. First party, expire when you close the browser.

These only load if you allow them, and they exist to answer practical questions: which pages people actually read, whether the site is fast enough on a phone, where an enquiry journey breaks down.

• Vercel Analytics — records page views and Core Web Vitals. It is cookie-less and privacy-first: no cross-site identifier, no advertising profile, and IP addresses are not stored.

If you decline, the measurement script is never loaded at all — it is not merely muted.

Some pages can embed a booking calendar or a video player. These are loaded only where they are needed, and the provider may set its own cookies once loaded — governed by that provider's policy rather than this one. Where a provider is used, it is named on the page that uses it.

Beyond the controls on this site, every major browser lets you block or delete cookies from its privacy settings, and offers a private browsing mode that discards them on exit. Blocking essential cookies will mean the consent banner reappears on each visit, since the record of your choice is itself a cookie.

Your browser may also send a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Where one is present, it is treated as a refusal of analytics.
